"Checkout took forever and still didn’t work for me"
I tried to check out, but the payment options were really limited and kind of confusing. I kept waiting for a better or more familiar card option to show up, but nothing I actually trusted was available. After wasting time on it, I just gave up. Super frustrating.

"Wrong items in my order"
To be fair, the order showed up on time, but I ended up getting completely different items than what I actually ordered. Frustrating because I was expecting specific stuff and now I have to deal with getting it fixed.

"Customer Service Has Basically Disappeared"
I’ve messaged them a few times now and still haven’t heard a single thing back. Like, did my messages fall into a black hole or what? It’s so frustrating when you just need a simple reply and customer service acts like you don’t exist.

"Communication isn’t what it used to be"
I’ve used them before and things used to be better. This time around, the communication was poor. I kept having to check in myself and ask for updates, and when I did get replies, they were either slow or didn’t really answer anything. It felt like no one wanted to clearly explain what was going on. I don’t mind waiting if someone keeps me in the loop, but this was just frustrating. I probably wouldn’t use them again

I’m not totally convinced these are the real deal. They just felt a little off, and the packaging didn’t really help my confidence either. Weirdly, I remember the label had this slightly crooked corner that kept bothering me. I don’t think I’d buy them again.

"Damaged Packaging Ruined the Experience"
The package showed up damaged, which was really disappointing. I was excited to receive it, but the poor packaging kind of ruined the whole experience. I’d expect some kind of compensation or replacement for this since it arrived in that condition.

I was about to order from allpuffstore.com, but their return policy made me pause. It just felt strict and kind of unclear.
If something shows up wrong or I change my mind, it sounds like a hassle. Not for me. I’ll shop somewhere else

"The product info just feels off to me"
I was browsing allpuffstore.com and I don’t know, the product descriptions just didn’t sit right with me. A lot of the wording felt kind of vague, and I couldn’t really get a solid sense of what I’d actually be ordering or whether the details were even accurate.

For products like these, I really expect clearer info, like ingredients, sizes, and actual explanations that make me feel okay about buying. The whole thing felt a bit rushed and not very reassuring, so based on the descriptions alone, I probably wouldn’t order from there.

"Disappointed and wouldn’t risk ordering again"
I ordered from allpuffstore.com and wish I had been more cautious. The quality just wasn’t there for me. One item tasted burnt almost immediately, and another started acting up after only a short time. For the price I paid, I expected a lot better. I’m not trying to deal with that kind of hassle again, so I personally wouldn’t order from them in the future...

"Refund process was way too slow"
I requested a refund it was a hassle from there. There was barely any communication, and I had to keep following up just to get any kind of update. Even then, I never really got a clear answer. Frustrating experience overall, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

I went to order a few things because the site showed them as in stock, but once I actually tried to buy them, everything I wanted was sold out. Super frustrating, especially when the terms or availability seem to change as you go. Just feels misleading
